Product introduction: One of the 3M double-sided adhesives is a foam-based double-sided adhesive, which belongs to the VHB adhesive system (pressure-sensitive adhesive system), with a thickness of 0.4MM and a gray color. It has super viscosity, UV resistance, and solvent resistance. It also has the characteristics of softness and good conformability, high tensile force and shear strength, and can be used to replace traditional fixing methods such as screws, rivets and spot welding. Fixing with double-sided tape can make the surface of the product more durable. It is smooth, beautiful, easier to operate, better sealing, more durable, and very convenient to disassemble and assemble.

Shelf life:
The shelf life is 24 months from the date of production in the original packaging at 21°C and 50% relative humidity.
Application technology: The bonding strength increases with the increase of the contact area between the adhesive and the surface to be bonded. Applying a stable pressure helps the adhesive to contact the surface to be bonded, thereby increasing the bonding strength. To achieve the best bonding effect, the bonding surface must be clean and dry. The best temperature range for tape application is 21-38°C. It is recommended that if the initial bonding temperature is lower than 10°C, it is not suitable for bonding. The adhesive is too hard to stick firmly to the object; however, if it is already bonded, the holding force at low temperature is also satisfactory.
